Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Day 4 - Mekong Delta Tour, Fruit Tasting, Bee Farm
It's day 4
Last full day we had in Ho Chi Minh City before our flight home the next day
We bought a Mekong Delta tour
There was a bus to pick us up nearby our hotel (at the tour agency)
Then the bus drove about 2-3 hours (can't really remember the exact time)
After the temple
We went to the coconut & bamboo fibre factory
It educated us the difference between coconut fibre and bamboo fibre
My mum bought some cloths made of the bamboo fibre as souvenirs
Then the bus dropped us at the jetty
There were also bicycles for you to cycle around
As I am vertically challenged
I could not find a bicycle that fit my height
Haiz!
The fruit tasting session was accompanied with musical instrument and singing from the beautiful Vietnamese ladies in Ao Dai
After we were done
We took the small sampan to see the bee farm
Our tour guide told us to give some money as tips to the person rowing the sampan for us
As it was a tough job especially when the water was rough
After the bee farm
We went to the last stop of the tour
Which was the coconut candy factory
Bought some home as souvenirs
Goodnight!
