   This time I went to Putrajaya Challenge Park for rock climbing The entrance fee is RM6 for adults and RM3 for students You will also need to pay for the shoes (rented), harness (rented) and belayer service You can always share them with your partner (up to you) In my own opinion The grips at Putrajaya Challenge Park were much further away compare to the one at Camp 5 One U  So This made the whole process a lot harder I could only manage to climb the beginner's section (reaching the top) Rock climbing is really a good sport for you to keep fit by burning calories It can improve your cardiovascular health and increase muscle tone It targets the muscles in our arms, chest, back and also legs So With only one type of workout You will get a really nice and fit body  Like all the other strenuous exercises We warmed up by doing bouldering for a few minutes Then We got to do the real thing-rock climbing   My friend and I were already ex

Coloured paper, ribbon, marker pens, glue, double sided tape, stickers, scissors Those are the basic materials needed to make a scrapbook You can add your own photos  Or personal stuffs  Or write something on the scrapbook as you like Do remember It is YOUR scrapbook  Do as you like to preserve your precious memories  So Here are some of the final products that I made as a beginner Still thinking of a suitable design for the front cover > <  Have fun in making your own scrapbook~

He asked, "Why did you wet my bag?"  I still remember... My first time using the rattan cane Even I was surprised at myself holding the cane Children misbehaved Just to scare them I still remember... There was a Standard 1 kid who was as stubborn as a bull None of the punishments worked on her One day During class time She was reluctant to do my work I forced her I scolded her I snatched the exercise paper from her (since she did not want it) Guess what she said to me? One Utama Camp 5 (level 5) provides you with the indoor facility for rock climbing There are packages for you to choose from We(My friend and I) chose the Taster Experience since it was our first time It costs Rm48 per hour Including the harness, the proper shoe and a guide First, you will be asked to do bouldering, which is the easiest of all  Followed by rock climbing It goes from the easiest to the toughest My friend. Thanks for her company and this awesome experience ! At the first sight of it The height was already enough to scare me off  However I love things which are challenging Rock climbing is indeed one It requires a lot of arm strength It emphasizes on our body coordination It was truly a good experience for me Finally We conquered it!!! Went to Jurong point after finishing our breakfast There were different types of food cuisines This is the exterior of Jurong Point Can you see the Starbucks coffee signboard It had a very good environment for sipping a cup of coffee We had a cup of mocha as our brunch (5.80 SD) The mocha seemed to be thicker and richer Can you see the difference between those in Singapore and Malaysia Drawing the face of my friend in Starbucks Our peaceful and wonderful  morning passed In such a slow pace Wish I could spend all my mornings like that We then went to the 'Tokyo Street' at Jurong Point At the 'Tokyo Street' So Japan~ish The Sophisca A Japanese candy shop Those candies were so cute Of course The price was dear too Love the interior of the shop The view inside(left) and outside(right) the MRT Later We took the MRT to the Lot 101 Shopping Mall I went to the mall for the second time Why??? We left East Coast Sky was getting darker My feet were yelling in pain This is due to the slippers I wore I should not have worn the slippers for one whole day However The day had not ended yet (for us) Our next destination- Sentosa Island Sentosa Island here we are Indoor sky diving I'm gonna try this one day! Experience flying in the air... We saw only the night view in Sentosa Island There were many nice bars with people singing and dancing Walked along the beach Stepping onto the cool sand Feeling the breeze The night was young for everyone The Sand Bar The hotel Went to the Universal studio and Casino Too bad We were still underage to enter the  Casino Later, we snap a picture in front of the staircase of a hotel (funny huh?)
