Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Day 3 - War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Catheral, Central Post Office, Municipal Theatre, City Hall

Third day
Started our morning with the War Remnants Museum
It was a museum displaying mostly pictures of the suffering resulted from the wars in Vietnam
Very powerful pictures to give the victims a voice

Outside the museum.

There was also a mock prison outside the compound to mimic how the prisoners of war were kept and tortured
It was quite creepy for me
Then
We went to a nearby stall for lunch

Pho again!

After lunch
We started the city tour
Notre Dame Catheral

Central Post Office

Inside the Post Office. It is still functioning.

It was a very hot afternoon
Went to a nearby McD to escape the heat for a while
The peach one was soooo goooood!

Passed by this on the street. It was the Ben Tanh Market made of books.

A book cafe.

Continued our journey to the Municipal Theatre

Ho Chi Minh City Hall

Ho Chi Minh statue in front of the City Hall

Passed by a building full of cafes!

Bitexco Tower. We did not go up to the skydeck.

Had a bit of KFC for dinner.

Since it was still early, we decided to go for grocery shopping at Parkson nearby.

Saw this apple as big as my palm

Bought so many packets of 3in1 coffee.

We decided to bring those 3in1 coffee home as souvenirs
Really like the brand
Now they even have so many flavours!
Call it a night
