Day 3-The Amazing Singapore (Part 1)
It was 8.30am in the morning
We had our breakfast at the hawker stalls near the market
Singaporean wake up so early
The market was full of people when we reached
Had Dim Sum as our breakfast
It was not bad
But pardon me...I still prefer those in Malaysia
Ourt first destination of the day was the Merlion Park
The hall mark and tourist attraction of Singapore
You can see the Merlion there
It is 8.6 meters tall and weights 70 tonnes
We boarded the double decker bus to the Clementi MRT station and transfered line to the Raffles Place
We lost our way when we reached
Went searching for the way and asking for help under the super hot sun (first experience)
The sun was so cruel to us that day
We passed through Boat Quay, Fullerton Hotel
With the help of the directory
We finally reached
Here's the famous Merlion under construction
We stayed for a while to take picture
Saw a big crowd of tourists
Saw the ferris wheel too
We then walked around Marina Bay
Okay...Tourist attraction done
Now it's time to go to the Ochard Road
We traveled down a station named Orchard
The first shopping mall we went was the Ion Mall
It was soo classy
The first thing I saw was that there were fishes swimming above our head (fake one)
They used some kind of light ray to do it
The next thing we saw was that there were many people surrounding us
The mall was full of people!
Something unique about this shopping mall was that it had an escalator which went from the first floor to the fourth floor
A bit scary though
It's lunch time
Had Fried Hokien Mee at the food court
Delicioussssss
It was so hard to search for a place to sit
Look at the place...It did not look like a food court at all
It looked more like a restaurant in a five star hotel
