Pulau Ketam (Crab Island)

Another weekend getaway to Pulau Ketam
Pulau Ketam is a small island located off the coast of Klang
We took the ktm from KL Sentral to Pelabuhan Klang (Port Klang)
From there
We took the ferry
The whole journey took approximately two hours
Again
It was an unexpected trip
My friend gave me a call the day before
And we decided to go the day after
Need to relax for a while (too much stress in the final semester)

Inside the coach. It was quite empty.
Managed to grab a few pictures while waiting for our ferry to arrive at the jetty

You will know that you are in Pulau Ketam when you are greeted by this.
They live a very simple and peaceful life~
It was a great way to experience the fishermen's lives

It's lunch time!
Since there were only the two of us
We decided not to order crabs
So we had O Jian and Lala Jian instead
Since my friend was from China
She was not used to the taste
Fried ice-cream as our dessert
Very very yummy! Must try!
Exploring the busy street to digest our food
Spot the small crabs?
Not forgetting OOTD
Loving the wooden window
Reflecting on my life
We finished exploring the village in two hours
Honestly speaking
There was nothing much to do
Especially under the scorching heat
However
This trip did allow a city girl like me to understand the lifestyle of the fishermen more
You see different things when you wander like a tourist in your own country
Meanwhile
This friend of mine flew back to China approximately two weeks after this trip
So it was the last trip for the two of us
I wish that I knew earlier
Didn't even manage to prepare a gift for her
Looking at the bright side
At least we got to travel and spend time together
To Ruby
I hope that you are doing well in China
Thank you for taking so many pictures for me during our numerous trips together
I am lucky to have a friend like you
Hope to see you again soon!
