Bukit Tinggi Day 1 Part 1-Japanese Village and Botanical Garden

My life was about endless revision and exams for the past 5 months
Finally had a chance to go on a two days trip to Berjaya Hills (Bukit Tinggi)
We decided to stay in a French-themed village- Colmar Tropicale
Did our booking on booking.com
The type of room we selected was superior twin room which costs RM231 including 10% service charge and 6% government tax
Due to some issues, we were unable to book our return ticket for shuttle bus service (from Berjaya Times Square to Colmar Tropicale) online
So we bought the return ticket at the office at level 8 Berjaya Times Square
The office opened everyday except Sunday (starting from 9am)
The return tickets costs Rm55 per person including entrance tickets to Japanese Village and Botanical Garden
Snap a pic while waiting for the shuttle bus to come~

Bon Voyage!

Since the check in time was at 3pm
We decided to visit Japanese village
Boarded the shuttle bus
Off to Japanese village
One reminder
Do check out the timetable for the shuttle bus service as different shuttle bus will take you to different destination at different time
Plan your journey well
Well
You really need some stamina to visit the Japanese village
As you gotta climb up the stairs, walk a long way, passed trough the trails in the forest
Then only you will see a small wooden house in front of you
However
Do enjoy the chirping sound of the birds, the lush greenery and the non polluted air on the way to the village
Almost reaching...rest a while ^^
Time to continue the journey
The first thing we did when we reached the Japanese Village was to rent yukata
It costs RM20 for 20 minutes
However
There were very few people on that day (weekday + not a public holiday)
We were so lucky to have the aunty (person in charge) to help us to take many nice photos and extended the supposedly 20 minutes photography session
The aunty was a very nice person
She really had the skill
We learned how to pose like a japanese, sit like a japanese and etc

The lady in charge was helping me with the yukata

Time for crazy photography session ^^

Besides renting yukata, you can spend RM3 to feed the koi fish at the pond
There was also a tea ceremony to let you know more about Japanese cultures
It costs RM28
We thought that it was not worth it
So we did not go
Next destination-Botanical garden
You can get a chance to walk into the rainforest and enjoy the beautiful view provided by mother nature

To be honest
There was nothing much to see in the botanical garden
Maybe because Im not into botany?
