Australia Part 1-Yum Cha, Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, Bondi Beach, Xmas Dinner

Traveling to the country 2952 miles away from Malaysia
The land of koalas and kangaroos
Can you guess?
Yesss
It's Australia!
My second trip to Aussie
The traveling period was from 21/12/2015 to 8/1/2016
I will be staying at Sydney
There will be two big trips during my stay!
The first trip will require a drive heading North, which will pass by Port Stephens, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Lismore, Armidale, Tamworth, Hunter Valley's Garden and back to Sydney
The second one will require a drive heading South, which will pass by Wollongong, Kiama, Mollymook, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay, Kangaroo Valley, Fitzroy Falls and back to Sydney
Here comes the storytelling!

Day 1 (21/12/15)
Boarding soon
Nasi Lemak provided by Air Asia is definitely a must!
After the 8 hours flight (including the three hours difference)
We reached Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport
It was already 8pm in Sydney
Went to bed straight after we arrived at my aunt's house
Need to recharge for the next day

Day 2 (22/12/15)
Woke up to an extremely cold weather
Which reminded me that I was no longer in Malaysia
We planned to go for yum cha (Aussie say this whenever they want to have dim sum) at Phoenix
I realized that they used prawn to make most of their dim sum
In contrast
The Chinese dim sum places in Malaysia tend to use more pork meat
The desserts at Phoenix totally captured my heart
Especially the Mango Wrap!
Mango Wrap, Beancurd jelly with sugar syrup, Mango Pudding
After filling our tummy with delicious food
We went to Olympic Park Aquatic Centre for a swim
We even tried all the water slides
Fun!!!
Jacuzzi
Went back for home-cooked dinner after burning all the fats at the pool from earlier breakfast
Call it a day!

Day 3 (23/12/15)
Since the weather was sunny outside
Decided to go to the famous Bondi Beach in Sydney
Feeding seagulls. You can see seagulls everywhere near the sea.
Decided to celebrate Xmas early since we would be at Brisbane on the 25th
So we went home to prepare
This took hours to prepare. Not by me of course! ^^
Not forgetting the Champagne!
Christmas Pudding !
And bon bon !
Exchanging Christmas presents
Went for a stroll around the neighborhood after dinner
To see the Christmas lights and decorations

So pretty!
Have a blessed Christmas everyone!
Merry Christmas!!!
